Group classes –
Refunds will be given if the course is canceled. We will send you an email if the course is canceled and notify you of an upcoming refund.
Refunds will be given through Pay Pal. No cash or check refunds.
If you decide that you do not want to take the class, or you are unable to take the class, you may receive a refund up to the day before class begins.
Once the class has begun, refunds will only be given if you have attended no more than 1 class session.
Custom-designed language and culture programs –
Refund policies will be addressed as part of the custom-designed program.
Management consulting –
Refund policies will be addressed as part of the consulting work that is determined with the client.
