Expatriate Cross-cultural Orientation Program – Expatriate failure is costly, and often the reason for failure is lack of cross-cultural skills. Our expatriate program is designed to help expatriate employees and their families successfully transition from one culture to another. Participants will develop an understanding of the concept of culture and intercultural communication. They will understand national differences, differences in organizational cultures across the globe, the psychological process of cross-cultural transition, and gain country specific knowledge. They will acquire tools to function effectively in their new cultures. With these tools, the expatriate employees and their families will be able to fully enjoy their experience, and succeed in their new environment.
Repatriation Program- Repatriation often causes more difficulty than expatriation as the readjustment process to coming home is frequently unexpected. If not addressed immediately upon return, readjustment can result in failure to perform at work, as well as family difficulties. The repatriation program helps returning employees and their families understand the psychological, workplace, and social issues involved in repatriation, facilitating a positive re-entry.
USA Culture Training – This program helps businesspeople and their families acquire an understanding of the beliefs, values and attitudes of Americans, the history, geography, education and customs of the United States. This knowledge provides the skills to successfully work and live in the United States.

Global Leadership Workshops – An interconnected world requires a new kind of leadership. These workshops are designed to prepare employees for leadership positions in a global environment. The goal is to strengthen the leadership capabilities of senior managers to succeed in leading their organizations effectively in light of the challenges and opportunities presented by rapid globalization. Participants will learn about the impact of globalization on their organizations. The Doing Business In…training series is custom-designed for individuals or businesses seeking to do business internationally, or who are working with international clients. Participants will learn about the culture, the cultural values and beliefs of the target country, and the impact of these business. This is practical training with knowledge that can be applied immediately to international situations, helping to avoid critical cultural mistakes and creating a positive environment for successful international business.
International Business Ethics Workshops – Globalization has created an unprecedented need to understand ethics and ethical behavior across the globe. These workshops are customized to address the specific situation of organizations. Participants will understand the cultural environments and ethical considerations of their international work, and be able to apply this knowledge to their specific circumstances. The goal is to learn how to conduct business ethically across the globe, regardless of cultural differences.
Cultural Diversity Training – The value of culturally diverse organizations in producing highly innovative results is well documented. The goal of this training is to prepare employees and managers, at all levels within an organization, to understand the value of cultural diversity and capitalize on diversity to achieve innovative results. International Higher Education
Internationalizing the Curriculum Workshops –All new college graduates must be prepared to practice their professions in a globalized world. Regardless of their professions or geographic locations, engineers, doctors, teachers and other professionals will be working with people from diverse cultures in their own countries, or around the world. These workshops help faculty infuse global learning outcomes into their existing courses, to establish a global perspective within their disciplines. These workshops also prepare university leadership to develop strategies for integrating global learning outcomes at all university levels and across disciplines.
