Expatriation and Repatriation

Expatriate Cross-cultural Orientation Program – Expatriate failure is costly, and often the reason for failure is lack of cross-cultural skills.  Our expatriate program is designed to help expatriate employees and their families successfully transition from one culture to another.  Participants will develop an understanding of the concept of culture and intercultural communication.  They will understand national differences, differences in organizational cultures across the globe, the psychological process of cross-cultural transition, and gain country specific knowledge.  They will acquire tools to function effectively in their new cultures.  With these tools, the expatriate employees and their families will be able to fully enjoy their experience, and succeed in their new environment.

Repatriation Program- Repatriation often causes more difficulty than expatriation as the readjustment process to coming home is frequently unexpected.  If not addressed immediately upon return, readjustment can result in failure to perform at work, as well as family difficulties.
